Interested in a very wide array of things, I am particularly intrigued by systems – people and machine – and what exactly happens when they act and interact. In I/T I’ve been everything from a novice user to a cubicle rat programmer to a director level manager. After awhile, the larger picture emerges and you start to see things. That’s where I consult, and that’s where I write from.
